Please don’t the balm on broken skin, on sensitive areas 'downstairs' ;) or on your face. This is a muscle rub for your sore, tired or aching muscle’s. Topical use only

 The amount you need  will depend on the area you  are trying to cover. Warm the balm up in your hands first then apply to the affected muscle area, you may experience some heat, that’s ok, that’s what it’s supposed to do. For best results apply to the affected area and leave overnight to work it’s magic. If still sore continue daily use up to twice a day.
